Each had hair of ivy nourished with Cow Wow. Rick’s head was recently placed on eBay, and Jay Leno picked up the story.

Cow Wow Selected for Federal Procurement Preference
January 25, 2012The USDA BioPreferred program has added Cow Wow to its online product catalog. The catalog was originally created to help Federal procurement officers identify biobased products that qualify for preferred purchasing, but it is accessible to anyone who wants to search for biobased products.
